◎ 長安國小籌建之情況成立初與鄰村土庫相互爭取甚烈，然地方紳士詹福、詹敬、劉樹竹等多人據理力爭，捐地、捐錢在地方團結力量成立，詹福等地方先賢造福桑梓、犧牲、奉獻之精神，可欽可敬。
◎ 民國十七年五月八日創立，稱為竹塘公學九塊厝分教場。
◎ 地址：臺中州北斗郡竹塘庄九塊厝十九─一番地。興建校舍〈竹造〉乙間。
◎ 竹塘公學校校長伊志嶺朝堅兼任校長。
◎ 學生數二十七人〈男十五女一人〉，班級數一班。
◎ In the early stages of planning for Chang An Elementary School, there was intense competition with the neighboring village of Tuku for the school’s establishment. However, thanks to the efforts of local gentry such as Chan Fu, Chan Ching, and Liu Shu-Chu, who argued with reason and contributed land and funds, the school was successfully founded through strong community unity. The dedication and selfless contributions of these local pioneers, including Chan Fu, remain truly admirable.
◎ The school was established on May 8, 1928 (the 17th year of the Republic of China) under the name Jiukuaicuo Branch School of Zhutang Public School.
◎ Address: No. 19-1, Jiukuaicuo, Zhutang Village, Hokuto District, Taichu Prefecture. A bamboo-structured classroom was constructed at the site.
◎ The principal of Zhutang Public School, Mr. Ijiryo Chōken, concurrently served as the principal of the branch school.
◎ The school enrolled a total of 27 students (15 boys and 12 girls) and operated one single class.
